After the Initial Assessment, nutrition counseling appointments will focus on personal goals and customized strategies to meet those goals. You may be asked to keep a food diary 3 days per week to review at the appointment. Appointments take place online; you will receive a invitation to meet on a HIPAA-compliant platform. (If paying by Venmo or check, select "Pay Offline" at checkout. Appointment will be confirmed after payment is received.)
